At 1426 hours, #Engine331 was dispatched to the 2000 blk of Virginia Avenue, in the first due, for the report of a structure fire. Engine Company 33 arrived to find a one story, single family dwelling with fire showing from the Charlie side. Engine 331 stretched the front bumper line and extinguished all visible fire.
Engine 331 also helped remove the occupant from the home to EMS on side Bravo. Command scaled the incident back to Engine Co. 33, Engine Co. 38, and Truck Co. 2. Engine 331 operated on scene for approximately two hours before returning to the firehouse.
