Brian Christopher Jones

August 16th – 20-years ago on this very day, Brian Christopher Jones tragically lost his life. He was on his way to Company 33 when he was unfortunately involved in a deadly accident.
Prior to this incident, Brian transferred to Company 33 from the Seat Pleasant Volunteer Fire Department (Company 8). Despite him being with us for only a short period, Brian made a profound impact. He dreamt of becoming one of the best Wagon Drivers at Kentland, and he was already making great strides towards that goal. Not to mention, his capability as an aggressive fireman was highly admired.
The news of Brian’s untimely passing deeply shook the department. It was particularly hard for the live-in members at the Landover Road firehouse. Brian’s memory will forever be etched in our hearts, as we continue to honor his dedication and service to the community.
