Just before noon, #Truck33 was alerted to respond on Box 38-02 for a reported house on fire in the 700 block of 59th Avenue. Truck 33 and Chief 46A responded as initial companies arrived to find a one story detached dwelling with smoke showing. Chief 46A held the command and Truck 33 operated on Division 1 with Truck Co. 2 and Engine Companies 38 & 5 to locate and extinguish a fire in a bedroom. After the fire was knocked, Truck 33 remained on scene with Engine Co. 38 to open up and wet down the fire room before returning to service approximately 2 hours later.
