Tower 33 Acts as Rapid Intervention Team on District Heights Apartment fire

At 1205 hours PSC alerted units from the 3rd battalion for the apartment fire as a result from a domestic, in the 3300 block of Walter Lane, on box 23-06. With multiple calls coming into the 911 it didn’t take long for first arriving units to confirm the reports of fire in the building as they went on the scene with 2-storys in the front and 4 in the rear and fire showing from the second floor on side Charlie. Tower 33 was added on the box when the working fire dispatch was sounded, when they arrived on the scene the Tower took position side Alpha and began to setup all the R.I.T equipment. Once the Fire was out command had 2 members from Tower 33 preform a secondary search of the structure which proved negative. Tower 33 cleared the scene shortly after 1300 hours and returned home.
