A Snapshot of Progess
As of today, the new Rescue Engine has been in-service for a total of one-month and nineteen days. During this timeframe, dedication from the riding membership has been astounding. Each day they have completed several hours of practical and technical training. They have continued to fine tune their personal skill set and the skill set of the department as a whole.
Effort has also been put forth in assuring that the large compliment of equipment placement is constantly evaluated. Several relocations for efficiency purposes have been made in-house.
In 49 days of service, the Rescue Engine has responded to a total of 284 runs, including 13 extrications (hydraulic tools utilized for removal) and 7 working structural fires.
